Moist Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp vinegar

Steps:

• Mix all the ingredients well with a mixer. It should be brown, smooth and free of lumps.
• Bake in 350° F oven for 25 minutes.
